Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen corn, cooked & drained
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2–3 Tbsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour & whisk. Add milk & whisk. Cook over med-high heat, stirring constantly until thick & bubbly. Stir in sugar, salt, & pepper. Add corn.

Note: Can use 2 cups half & half or 2 cups milk if needed. Can also use gluten-free flour.
